Description: BMW Key reader /WRITER

The CDH BMW key reader / writer has been designed to read Mileages that are electronically stored in all BMW Keys, from years 1995 to present day.

This tool can be used to read and write a cars mileage in to a key by simply placing the key on to the top of the CDH Reader/writer. The current mileage that is stored in the key will be displayed and may be altered if required.

Note: If changing the Key reading, then the EWS should also be programmed, this unit programs the EWS to any value required.

Data is also stored in both the Cluster/Dashboard and Light Control Unit. You will require additional software for these items.

This kit comprise of :

• 1 x Interface
• 1 x BMW KEY READER/Writer
• 1 x Reader/writer software.

Additional items required (not supplied):

• Standard Computer with a DOS operating System, 1 spare Coms1 port and 1 spare parallel port.
• 12volt power supply.
